Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services. These terms govern your use of Cloud9Webbers services and establish the legal relationship between you and our company.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cloud9Webbers services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our services.

Services & Deliverables

Cloud9Webbers provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and related digital services.
Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
All work product becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
We maintain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless a confidentiality clause is in effect.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project proposals and must be adhered to accordingly.
Standard terms require a deposit before project commencement and milestone-based payments.
Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in project suspension.
All prices are quoted in the agreed currency and are subject to applicable taxes.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-developed code and designs.
Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools remain under their respective licenses.
Cloud9Webbers retains the right to use general knowledge and techniques developed during projects.
Pre-existing intellectual property used in projects remains the property of its original owner.

Limitations of Liability

Cloud9Webbers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service operation.
Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their data and content.

Revisions & Support

Revision policies are specified in individual project agreements.
Post-launch support and maintenance terms are outlined separately in service agreements.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Bug fixes within the warranty period are provided at no additional cost.
